综合护理干预对住院老年精神障碍患者跌倒的影响研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the fall of hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders

目的:探讨综合护理干预与住院老年精神障碍患者跌倒发生率的关系。方法:收治精神障碍患者70例,分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予综合护理干预,对照组行常规护理,比较两组在住院期间跌倒事件的发生率。结果:试验组跌倒发生率6.67%,明显低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在住院老年精神障碍患者护理中实施综合护理干预,能够有效减少跌倒事件的发生,有利于保障患者安全。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the incidence of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders and comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods:70 patients with mental disorder were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.We compared the incidence of falls in two groups during hospitalization.Results:In the experimental group,the fall incidence rate of 6.67% was significantly lower than 30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing care for elderly patients with mental disorder in hospital,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of falls,which was conducive to the protection of patients' safety.
