舒适护理在168例小儿水痘护理中的应用体会

Application of comfort nursing in 168 cases of children with chicken pox

目的:研究舒适护理在小儿水痘护理中的应用效果。方法:收治水痘患儿168例,分两组,各84例,对照组行常规护理,舒适护理组行舒适护理。观察两组退热时间、疱疹结痂时间、止疹时间、水痘肺炎发生情况及临床疗效。结果:舒适护理组退热时间、疱疹结痂时间、止疹时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);舒适护理组水痘肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);舒适护理组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);结论:舒适护理应用于小儿水痘的护理效果显著。

Objective:To research the application effect of comfort nursing in 168 cases of children with chicken pox.Methods:168 children with chicken pox were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of the 84 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care .Comfortable nursing group received comfort nursing care.Pyretolysis time,herpes scab,check rash time,varicella pneumonia incidence and clinical curative effect were observed.Results:Comfortable nursing group fever,herpes scab,check rash time was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of comfortable nursing group varicella pneumonia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);comfortable nursing group total efficiency was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of comfortable nursing care in children with chicken pox is remarkable.
