新护士岗前系统性强化培训的研究

摘要 目的:帮助新护士尽快适应临床护理工作。方法:将2014年的42名新护士作为观察组,2013年的37名新护士作为对照组,两组均进行1周的常规岗前培训,观察组给予3个月的全面强化培训,对两组新护士的穿刺水平进行考核,对临床综合能力及满意度进行评价。结果:观察组新护士的静脉穿刺成功率、临床综合能力及满意度评价均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:短期系统强化培训是促使新护士尽快适应临床工作的一种较理想的培训方法。 Objective:To help new nurses to adapt to clinical nursing work as soon as possible.Methods:42 new nurses in 2014 were as the observation group,and 37 new nurses in 2013 were as the control group.The two groups were given conventional pre-service training for 1 week.The observation group was given comprehensive intensive training for three months.The puncture levels of new nurses in two groups were assessed,and the clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction were evaluated.Results:The venipuncture success rate,clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction evaluation of new nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Short-term systemic intensive training is an ideal training method to promote the new nurses to adapt to the clinical work as soon as possible.
