血小板减少与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究现状

Research status of the relationship between thrombocytopenia and helicobacter pylori infection

免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)是血液内科较常见的一种获得性自身免疫性疾病,其特点为外周血血小板破坏导致血小板减少、骨髓巨核细胞成熟障碍而引起的出血性疾病。由于其发病机理尚不明确,糖皮质激素仍然是目前主要的治疗方法,治疗后复发率高。目前多数研究认为幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与ITP发病有明显相关性,抗Hp治疗可显著提高ITP治疗效果。现结合文献对血小板减少与Hp的相关性研究现状予以综述。

Immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) is a common autoimmune disease in the department of internal medicine.The characteristic of the disease is peripheral blood platelet destruction led to thrombocytopenia and bone marrow mononuclear cell maturation disorder.Because its pathogenesis is not clear,glucocorticoid is still the main treatment method,after treatment,and the recurrence rate is high.At present,most studies suggest that helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection is associated with the pathogenesis of ITP,and anti Hp treatment can significantly improve the effect of ITP treatment.In combination with literature,we review the current status of the study on the correlation between thrombocytopenia and helicobacter pylori infection.
