摘要
目的:采用正交设计法优选腰腿痛冲剂的提取工艺。方法:本实验以淫羊藿总黄酮提取转移率为考察指标,采用正交试验L9(34)对腰腿痛冲剂的提取工艺进行优选。结果:提取最佳工艺为处方药材加7倍量水,提取2次,2 h/次。结论:通过制备工艺的优选,保证了腰腿痛冲剂的制剂质量。
Objective:To take orthogonal design for the extraction process optimization of lumbocrural pain granule.Methods:In this study,the extraction and transfer rate of total flavonoids from Herba was selected as the target.We used orthogonal test L9(34)for the extraction process optimization of lumbocrural pain granule.Results:The best extraction process is to add 7 times of water,extract 2 times,2 h/times.Conclusion:Ensure the quality of preparation lumbocrural pain granule through the optimization of preparation process.
