空心螺钉加钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hollow screw combined with tension-band wiring in the treatment of patella fracture

目的:探讨空心螺钉加钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:收治髌骨骨折患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予钢丝张力带治疗,观察组给予空心螺钉加钢丝张力带治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:空心螺钉加钢丝张力带治疗髌骨骨折临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hollow screw combined with tension-band wiring in the treatment of patella fracture.Methods:60 cases of patients with patellar fracture were divided into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tension-band wiring,and the observation group was treated with hollow screw combined with tension-band wiring.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference of clinical effect between groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Hollow screw combined with tension-band wiring in the treatment of patella fracture had obvious clinical effect.
