压缩式吸入器雾化吸入布地奈德治疗幼儿哮喘临床观察

Clinical observation of compression type inhaler nebulized inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of infantile asthma

目的:探讨压缩式吸入器雾化吸入布地奈德治疗幼儿哮喘的疗效。方法:收治哮喘患儿100例,所有患儿均采用压缩式吸入器雾化吸入布地奈德进行治疗。结果:治疗第7天、14天、21天、28天的总有效率分别是80%、96%、98%、100%。与第7天相比,第14天、21天、28天的治疗总有效率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压缩式吸入器雾化吸入布地奈德治疗幼儿哮喘,不仅操作简单,安全性高,而且控制病情效果明显。

Objective:To investigate the effect of compression type inhaler budesonide inhalation in the treatment of infantile asthma.Methods:100 children with asthma were selected.All patients were treated with compression type inhaler budesonide inhalation treatment.Results:The total effective rates of the treatment of 7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d were 80%,96%,98%,100% respectively.Compared with the total treatment effective rate of the treatment of 7 d was significantly higher than that of the treatment of 14 d,21 d,28 d,and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compression type nebulizer inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of asthma in children has the advantages of simple operation and high safety,but also the effect of disease control is obvious.
