前庭大腺囊肿(脓肿)的治疗体会

Bartholin gland cyst (abscess) treatment experience

对前庭大腺囊肿现多行前庭大腺囊肿造口术,代替以前的囊肿剥出术,造口术简单,损伤小,术后还能保留腺体功能。但在实际工作中,对前庭大腺造口后,切口愈合后,其腺管开口仍是闭合的,容易再次形成囊肿,反复发作的病例较多,所以认为保留腺体功能没有意义,建议尽量剥除囊肿或完全破坏腺体,杜绝反复发作。

Now,marsupialization of bartholin gland cyst is used for the treatment of bartholin gland cyst in place of the former cyst stripping.The marsupialization is simple.The damage is small,and the function of the gland can be preserved.But in actual work,after marsupialization of bartholin gland cyst and wound healing,the gland duct opening is still closed.It is easy to form cysts again,and recurrent cases are more,therefore,we believe that there is no meaning for keeping the gland function,and suggest to removal or destruction of the gland cyst completely,in order to eliminate the repeated attacks.
