戊酸雌二醇和戊酸雌二醇/戊酸雌二醇环丙孕酮片用于围绝经期妇女的临床分析

Analysis of estradiol valerate and estradiol valerate/estradiol valerate cyproterone acetate tablets for clinical use in perimenopausal women

目的:探讨在围绝经期综合征妇女中采用戊酸雌二醇以及戊酸雌二醇/戊酸雌二醇环丙孕酮片进行治疗的临床价值。方法:收治围绝经期综合征患者56例,分两组,各28例。观察组采用戊酸雌二醇/戊酸雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,对比、分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:戊酸雌二醇/戊酸雌二醇环丙孕酮片对围绝经期综合征妇女的治疗效果更佳。

Objective:To discuss the application effect of estradiol valerate and estradiol valerate/estradiol valerate cyproterone acetate tablets for clinical use in perimenopausal women.Methods:56 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 28 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with estradiol valerate/estradiol valerate cyproterone acetate tablets,and patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexs in the observation group were better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of estradiol valerate/estradiol valerate cyproterone acetate tablets in the treatment of women with perimenopausal syndrome is better.
