Clinical effect of modified Xiao Chai Hu decoction on chronic cholecystitis

目的:探讨小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性胆囊炎患者72例,随机分成试验组(接受小柴胡汤加减治疗)和对照组(接受常规西药治疗),观察两组的临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率和药物不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SF-36量表评分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Xiao Chai Hu decoction on chronic cholecystitis.Methods:72 patients with chronic cholecystitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(treated with modified Xiao Chai Hu decoction) and the control group(treated with conventional western medicine).We observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between groups in the SF-36 scale score(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Xiao Chai Hu Decoction on chronic cholecystitis was significant.
