银翘散加减治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎体会

Experience of Yinqiao powder for the treatment of children with acute tonsillitis

目的:探讨银翘散加减在小儿急性扁桃体炎患者中的治疗效果。方法:收治急性扁桃体炎患儿76例,分两组,各38例,观察组采用银翘散加减,对照组采用常规方式进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银翘散加减在小儿急性扁桃体炎患者中的干预效果非常理想。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Yinqiao powder in the treatment of children with acute tonsillitis.Methods:76 patients with acute tonsillitis were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 38 cases.Patients in the observation group with Yinqiao powder,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment.Therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yinqiao powder in pediatric patients with acute tonsillitis is ideal.
