反流性食管炎应用疏肝和胃降逆汤的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of anti reflux esophagitis

目的:评析反流性食管炎应用疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗的临床效果。方法:收治反流性食管炎患者106例,分两组,各53例,对照组仅接受常规西药治疗,试验组同时还配合疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗,完成治疗后,随访观察复发情况。结果:试验组的综合总好转率、中医证候总好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,对照组复发率22.6%,高于试验组的5.7%(P<0.05)。结论:针对反流性食管炎应用疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗可有效提升综合疗效与中医证候疗效,缓解胃镜下病灶,且复发率低。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect observation of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of anti reflux esophagitis.Methods:106 patients with anti reflux esophagitis were selected.They were divided into two groups,53 cases in each.The control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,while the experimental group were also in line with Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction.After the completion of treatment,follow-up recurrence.Results:The experimental group of the overall improvement rate,the total improvement rate of TCM syndrome were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The follow-up were 6 months.The recurrence rate of the control group was 22.6% higher than that of the experimental group of 5.7%(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect observation of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of anti reflux esophagitis is significantly.It can relieve the lesion,and the recurrence rate is low.
