高血压性脑出血早期手术患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of early surgery in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:总结高血压性脑出血早期手术患者的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量。方法:收治高血压性脑出血行血肿清除术患者120例,分两组,各60例,所有患者均采用微创手术进行治疗,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预,对比护理效果。结果:经过治疗和护理,观察组住院时间低于对照组,FMA评分、Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统的健康教育指导、心理干预、并发症护理、康复指导和出院指导是高血压性脑出血早期手术患者的护理关键。

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the early stage of operation,and to improve the quality of nursing.Methods:120 patients with evacuation of hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 60 cases.All patients were treated with minimally invasive surgery.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group on the basis of the control group were given nursing intervention.The nursing effect between groups was compared.Results:After treatment and nursing,the observation group hospitalization time was lower than the control group,FMA score and Barthel index score higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The system of health education, psychological intervention,complication nursing and rehabilitation guidance and discharge guidance are the keys of early nursing operation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
