针对性护理干预对老年重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎的作用

Analysis of the effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia

目的 :分析针对性护理干预应用于老年重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎患者中的临床效果。方法:收治老年重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎患者76例,分两组,各38例。试验组实施针对性护理干预,对照组按常规方法护理,对比两组的效果。结果:试验组的病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎患者实施针对性护理干预,可有效降低患者的病死率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods:76 patients with senile severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 38 cases.The experimental group to implement targeted nursing intervention,and the control group with conventional method of nursing.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The mortality rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of targeted nursing intervention for elderly patients with severe pneumonia and ventilator associated pneumonia can effectively reduce the mortality rate of patients.
