Analysis on the data of HIV voluntary counseling and testing in Xinxian County during 2010-2015

目的:探讨2010-2015年大新县艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况,更好地服务群众,保护人民健康。方法:收集2010-2015年大新县艾滋病自愿咨询(VCT)的情况,进行汇总和分析。结果:2012-2015年大新县艾滋病自愿咨询检测人数呈上升趋势,求询原因,以商业异性性行为史和非商业非固定异性性行为史为主。结论:加大VCT工作力度,可以提高HIV抗体的阳性检出率,商业异性性行为史、非商业非固定异性性行为史、配偶/固定性伴阳性、手术史、注射毒品史是自愿咨询的主要原因。

Objective:To investigate the situation of AIDS voluntary counseling(VCT)in 2010-2015 in Daxin county,to better serve the masses and to protect the people’s health.Methods:Collecting and analyzing the situation of AIDS voluntary counseling(VCT)in Daxin county during the year of 2010-2015.Results:The number of HIV voluntary counseling and testing in Daxin county was increased,and the reasons for the request for consultation were the history of commercial heterosexual behavior and the history of non commercial non fixed heterosexual behavior.Conclusion:Efforts to increase VCT,can improve the detection of HIV antibody positive rate and commercial sex behavior history,non-commercial non fixed heterosexual sexual history,spouse/fixed with positive,operation history,a history of injecting drug use are the main causes of voluntary counseling.
