摘要
目的:探讨末端回肠造瘘术在结肠癌根治术中的疗效。方法:收治结肠癌根治术患者5例,保护性应用末端回肠造瘘术,并与以往未进行保护性末端回肠造瘘病例进行比较。结果:行保护性末端回肠造瘘的患者术后恢复良好,未发生严重的电解质紊乱,无吻合口瘘发生。结论:结肠Ⅰ期吻合并施行保护性末端回肠造瘘术能降低吻合口瘘发生率,且不会发生严重的电解质紊乱。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of terminal ileum stoma in radical operation of colon cancer.Methods:5 patients with colon cancer were selected.They were treated with terminal ileum stoma,and we compared them with previous cases without terminal ileum stoma.Results:The postoperative recovery of patients with terminal ileum stoma was good,and there was no severe electrolyte disturbance,and no anastomotic leakage.Conclusion:Colon phase Ⅰ anastomosis combined with protective terminal ileum stoma can reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage,and it will not cause serious electrolyte disorder.
