阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎临床疗效观察

The observation of the clinical effect of atropine combined with omeprazole in the treatment of acute gastritis

目的:探讨阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎患者的效果。方法:收治急性胃炎患者120例,按随机投掷法分为对照组和研究组各60例,对照组给予山莨菪碱联合奥美拉唑治疗,研究组给予阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗。结果:治疗后研究组不良反应发生率比对照组有所降低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组住院时间、临床症状消失时间比对照组均有所缩短(P<0.05)。结论:阿托品联合奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎可以明显降低不良反应发生率、缩短住院时间及临床症状消失时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of atropine combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with acute gastritis effect.Methods:120 patients with acute gastritis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group with 60 cases in each according to the random throw.Patients in the control group were treated with anisodamine combined with omeprazole treatment,while patients in the study group were given the atropine combined with omeprazole treatment.Results:After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);after the treatment,the hospitalization time,clinical symptoms disappeared time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Atropine combined with omeprazole in treatment of acute gastritis can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and shorten the hospitalization time and clinical symptoms disappear time.
