RPH术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂36例临床观察

Clinical observation of RPH in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse in 36 cases

目的:探讨RPH术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的临床效果。方法:收治直肠黏膜脱垂患者36例,均采用PRH术治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗后,治愈率63.89%,控显率75%。结论:RPH术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂疗效确切,术后并发症少,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of RPH in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse.Methods:36 patients with internal rectal prolapse were selected.They were treated by PRH operation.We observed the curative effect.Results:After treatment,the cure rate was 63.89%,and that of the control rate was 75%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of RPH in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse was exact.The postoperative complications were less.The security was high.
