宫腔镜手术应用间苯三酚的麻醉效果分析

Analysis of anesthetic effect of hysteroscopic surgery using benzene three phenol

目的：探讨在宫腔镜手术麻醉中应用间苯三酚的效果。方法：收治妇科宫腔镜手术患者78例，随机分成观察组与对照组各39例。观察组与对照组均应用丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼全身静脉麻醉，术前15～20min分别缓慢静脉滴注40mg间苯三酚与等体积生理盐水，对比两组的麻醉效果。结果：观察组丙泊酚追加率与追加剂量均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组术后麻醉苏醒时间、苏醒后5min及10min时VRS评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组呼吸环抑制率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在宫腔镜手术静脉麻醉中应用间苯三酚有利于减少麻醉药物用量及其不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the anesthesia effect of benzene three phenol used in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:78 patients with gynecological hysteroscopy surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.The observation group and the control group were used propofol+remifentanil intravenous anesthesia,preoperative 15 ～ 20 min respectively slow intravenous infusion of 40 mg benzene three phenol and equal volume of saline,then we compared the anesthesia effects between groups.Results:The propofol additional rate and additional doses of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the recovery time after anesthesia,the VRS score of palinesthesia after 5 min and 10 min of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the ring breathing inhibition rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of intravenous anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery of benzene three phenol can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drug and its adverse reactions.
