盐酸右美托咪定在小儿眼科麻醉中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨盐酸右美托咪定在小儿眼科麻醉中的应用效果。方法:收治眼科手术患儿78例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用右美托咪定麻醉,对照组采用氯化钠溶液。观察两组患者的镇静效果及血流动力学指标。结果给药10 min、手术结束时两组患儿的Ramsay评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):手术前两组患儿的SBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余时刻两组患儿的HR、SBP及DBP比较,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定在小儿眼科手术麻醉中具有良好的镇静效果,能够维持血流动力学的稳定性。 Objective:To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in pediatric ophthalmology anesthesia.Methods:78 children patients with ophthalmic operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine anesthesia.Patients in the control group were given sodium chloride solution.The sedative effects and hemodynamic index of two groups were observed.Results:At 10 minutes after administration and the end of operation,the comparison of Ramsay scores of two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05).Before operation,the comparison of SBP of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05);the comparisons of HR、SBP and DBP of two groups at remaining time all had significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine in pediatric ophthalmology anesthesia has a good sedative effect.It can maintain stability of hemodynamics.
