超声乳化白内障吸除联合小梁切除术的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy

目的:探讨联合应用超声乳化白内障吸除与小梁切除术治疗青光眼白内障的疗效。方法:收治青光眼白内障患者80例,联合应用超声乳化白内障吸除与小梁切除术进行治疗。结果:患者术后3个月视力明显优于术前,术后3个月眼压明显地低于术前,术后功能性滤过泡占比明显高于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用超声乳化白内障吸除与小梁切除术治疗青光眼白内障,能够在降低患者眼压的同时进一步改善其视力功能,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.Methods:80 patients with glaucoma and cataract were selected.They were treated with phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy.Results:After 3 months of the surgery,the visual acuity of patients were better than preoperative;3 months after the surgery,the intraocular pressure significantly was lower than before;functional bleb accounted after the surgery was significantly higher than before;the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma and cataract can reduce the intraocular pressure and further improve the visual function at the same time,and it also has high safety.
