摘要
目的:探讨具有心理障碍的功能性消化不良的临床分析。方法:收治功能性消化不良(FD)患者277例,其中心理障碍患者41例(14.8%),对41例患者进行临床分析。结果:功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁情绪发生率显著高于正常人群,心理障碍患者具有明显的疑病和躯体化倾向。结论心理疏导配合抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗能取得很好的效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of functional dyspepsia with mental disorders.Methods:277 patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) were selected.41 cases(14.8%) had mental disorders.41 patients were given clinical analysis.Results:The incidence rate of anxiety depression of patients with functional dyspepsia was significantly higher than that of the general population.The patients with mental disorders had obvious hypochondria and somatization tendency.Conclusion:Psychological counseling combined with anti anxiety depression drug treatment can achieve a good effect.
