下肢深静脉血栓经腘静脉顺行穿刺治疗的效果及临床优势研究

Study on the effect and clinical advantages of through popliteal vein antegrade puncture in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的:探讨经腘静脉顺行穿刺治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法:收治下肢静脉血栓患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用经外周静脉滴注尿激酶治疗,观察组采用超声引导下患侧腘静脉顺行穿刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下经腘静脉顺行穿刺治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of through popliteal vein antegrade puncture in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods:100 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated by intravenous infusion of urokinase.Patients in the observation group were treated with through popliteal vein antegrade puncture guided by ultrasound.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of through popliteal vein antegrade puncture in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was significant.
