冠心病心绞痛应用中医治疗的临床体会

Clinical application experience of Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛应用中医治疗的临床效果。方法:收治冠心病心绞痛患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组采用中医治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率78.0%,明显高于对照组的66.0%,对照组不良反应发生率36.0%,明显高于试验组的10.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医治疗冠心病心绞痛能够改善患者的心绞痛症状,降低患者的不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the control group was treated with conventional therapy.Patients in the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment.We compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group of 78% was obviously higher than that of the control group 66%;the adverse reaction rate of the control group of 36% was significantly higher than that of the experimental group 10%;the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve patients with symptoms of angina and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
