推拿结合颈椎保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis with massage combined with cervical vertebra health exercise

目的:观察推拿结合颈椎保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:收治神经根型颈椎病患者70例,分两组,治疗组35例采用推拿结合颈椎保健操锻炼治疗,对照组35例仅用推拿治疗,比较两组间疗效。结果:治疗组NDI量表总评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合颈椎保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于单纯推拿治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis with massage combined with cervical vertebra health exercise.Methods:70 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were selected,they were divided into two groups, In the treatment group,35 cases were treated by massage combined with cervical vertebra health exercise,the control group,35 cases were treated with massage,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total score of NDI in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with cervical vertebra health care treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is better than simple massage therapy.
