中西医结合治疗咽炎、食管炎95例临床研究

Clinical study on 95 cases of pharyngitis esophagitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗咽炎、食管炎的临床效果。方法:收治咽炎及食管炎患者95例,对中西医结合疗法的临床效果进行评价。结果:咽炎组治愈29例(80.6%),显效3例(8.3%),好转3例(8.3%),无效1例(2.8%),临床总有效率97.2%;食管炎组治愈41例(69.4%),显效9例(15.2%),好转6例(10.1%),无效3例(8.3%),临床总有效率94.7%。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗咽炎、食管炎的疗效显著,可促进炎症缓解,且不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on pharyngitis and esophagitis.Methods:95 patients with pharyngitis and esophagitis were selected,then their clinical effects on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy was evaluated.Results:After the treatment,29 patients(80.6%) with pharyngitis were cure;3 cases(8.3%) were effective;3 cases(8.3%) were improved;1 case(2.8%) was invalid;the total clinical effective rate was 97.2%.In the esophagitis group,there 41 cases(69.4%) were cured;9 cases(15.2%) were effective;6 cases(10.1%) were improved;3 cases(8.3%) were ineffective;the total clinical efficiency rate was 94.7%.Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has significant curative effect on pharyngitis and esophagitis,which can promote inflammation response,and it also has less adverse reactions.
