甜梦胶囊联合百忧解治疗卒中后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical observation of Tianmeng capsule combined with prozac in the treatment of depression after stroke

目的:探讨甜梦胶囊联合百忧解治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:收治PSD患者72例,随机分为观察组及对照组各36例,对照组采用百忧解治疗,观察组采用甜梦胶囊联合百忧解治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗效果优于对照组。结论:甜梦胶囊联合百忧解治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianmeng capsule combined with prozac in the treatment of depression after stroke.Methods:72 patients with PSD were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with prozac,while patients in the observation group were treated with Tianmeng capsule combined with Prozac.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tianmeng capsule combined with prozac in the treatment of depression after stroke was significant.
