增液汤合枳术汤加减治疗老年术后阴虚便秘的临床疗效

Clinical study of Yinxu constipation in elderly patients after operation treated by modified Zeng Ye Tang combined with Zhi Zhu Tang

目的:探讨增液汤合枳术汤加减治疗老年术后阴虚便秘的临床疗效。方法收治术后老年阴虚便秘患者114例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用聚乙二醇4000治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用增液汤合枳术汤加减治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.0%,明显高于对照组的77.2%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者便秘严重程度评分较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组评分更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:增液汤合枳术汤加减治疗老年术后阴虚便秘疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yinxu constipation in elderly patients after operationtreated by modified Zeng Ye Tang combined with Zhi Zhu Tang.Methods:114 elderly patients with Yinxu constipation after operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with polyethylene glycol 4000.Patients in the observation group were treated with modified Zeng Ye Tang combined with Zhi Zhu Tang on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment of 93% was significantly higher than 77.2% of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,constipation severity scores of two groups were significantly improved than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the score of the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yinxu constipation in elderly patients after operationtreated by modified Zeng Ye Tang combined with Zhi Zhu Tang was significant.
