中医辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根据患者的中医辨证分型,采用相应方剂内服外用辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:130 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 65 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.Patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:According to the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type of patients,using corresponding formula with oral and external use in the dialectical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has an exact curative effect,and less adverse reactions.
