超声诊断技术在乳腺癌早期诊断中的应用

Application of ultrasound diagnosis technology in the early diagnosis of breast cancer

目的:分析早期乳腺癌的超声影像学特点,并且对超声在其中的价值做出评估。方法:将140例经病理证实的乳腺小肿块(直径<2 cm)患者分组,分别为良性病变组81例和乳腺癌组53例,对比两组患者的肿块影像学特征和超声血流特点。结果:乳腺癌组患者的肿块多见后方回声减弱、边界不清、形状不规则、沙粒样钙化等特点,和良性病变组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者的超声血流情况和血流阻力指数>0.7的例数,差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声诊断技术在早期乳腺癌患者诊断中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the ultrasound imaging characteristics of early breast cancer,and to evaluate the value of ultrasound.Methods:140 patients with breast small masses(diameter less than 2 cm) confirmed by pathology were divided into groups.They were respectively the benign lesions group with 81 cases and the breast cancer group with 53 cases.The mass imaging characteristics and ultrasonic blood flow characteristics of two groups were compared.Results:The masses of patients in the breast cancer group had the characteristics of rear echo attenuation,unclear boundary,irregular shape,sand sample calcification and so on.Compared with the benign lesions group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The ultrasonic blood flow and cases of vascular resistance index more than 0.7 were compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis technology has an important application value in the diagnosis of early breast cancer patients.
