布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎的影像学诊断价值

Imaging diagnostic value of brucellar spondylitis

目的:探讨布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎的影像学诊断价值。方法:分析布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎患者33例的影像学资料。结果:布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎的病灶主要分布在腰椎,多为椎体边缘虫蚀样骨质破坏。结论:布鲁杆菌性脊柱炎影像学能准确定位病变部位,观察椎体被破坏的区域范围。

Objective:To investigate the Imaging diagnostic value of brucellar spondylitis.Methods:The imaging data of 33 cases of patients with brucellar spondylitis was analyzed.Results:The lesions of brucellar spondylitis mainly distributed in the lumbar spine and bone destruction was characterized by mouse nibbled.Conclusion:The imaging could locate the lesion of brucellar spondylitis accurately and observe the range of vertebral destruction.
