摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在自然分娩中的应用和效果。方法:收治自然分娩产妇600例,随机分成观察组和对照组各300例,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用护理路径护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:两组患者在第一产程、第二产程、乳房肿胀硬结和尿潴留发生率、护理满意度方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对自然阴道分娩产妇实施临床护理路径管理,可明显提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of clinical nursing pathway in natural childbirth.Methods:600 cases of natural childbirth puerpera were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 300 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given nursing pathway,we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The differences first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,breast swelling and induration and urinary retention rate,nursing satisfaction between groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The management of clinical nursing path for puerpera with spontaneous vaginal delivery can significantly improve the quality of nursing.
