心理护理对腰-硬联合麻醉下手术患者应激反应的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on stress response of patients with operation under combined spinal epidural anesthesia

目的:探讨心理护理对腰-硬联合麻醉手术患者应激反应的影响。方法:收治腰-硬联合麻醉手术患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组各25例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予心理护理,比较两组护理状况。结果:治疗过程中,两组患者皮质醇、血糖、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术中和手术后组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中,心理护理可显著减轻腰-硬联合麻醉手术患者的应激反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on stress response of patients with operation under combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods:50 patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 25 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while patients in the study group were given psychological nursing.We compared the care status of two groups.Results:In the treatment process,there was no significant difference in the levels of cortisol,blood glucose,norepinephrine and epinephrine between groups(P > 0.05).In the operation and after surgery,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the clinic,the psychological nursing to the patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia surgery can significantly reduce the stress response.
