个案管理对精神分裂症患者健康状况和意外风险事件的影响

Effect of case management on the health condition and accident risk events of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨个案管理对精神分裂症患者健康状况和意外风险事件的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者84例,随机分为观察组及对照组各42例,对照组实施常规性护理,观察组实施个案管理,干预时间1年,分别于入组前、干预1个月、6个月、12个月应用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对两组患者社会功能及精神症状进行评估,并观察两组患者意外风险发生及复发率情况。结果:观察组干预后6个月、12个月SDSS评分显著低于对照组。结论:个案管理能有效改善精神分裂症社会功能及精神症状,降低患者意外风险及复发率,有助于促进患者康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of case management on the health condition and accident risk events of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:84 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Patients in the observation group were given case management.The intervention time was 1 year.Before entering the group,intervention for 1 month,6 months,12 months,the social function and psychotic symptoms of patients in two groups were evaluated by using social disability screening schedule(SDSS).The occurrence and recurrence rate of accident risk in two groups were observed.Results:6 months and 12 months after intervention,the SDSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Case management can effectively improve the social function and psychotic symptoms of schizophrenia,reduce the accident risk and recurrence rate of patients,and help to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
