护理干预对甲硝唑联用雌激素治疗萎缩性阴道炎的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on metronidazole combine with estrogen in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis

目的:探讨护理干预对甲硝唑联用雌激素治疗萎缩性阴道炎的影响。方法:收治甲硝唑联用雌激素治疗娄缩性阴道炎患者120例,按随机投掷法进行分组,对照组60例行一般护理,研究组60例在一般护理中结合护理干预。结果:护理后研究组心理状态、生活质量比对照组均有所改善(P<0.05);护理后研究组患者总满意率相比于对照组有所好转(P<0.05)。结论:对阴道炎患者实施护理干预后,明显提高了患者的心理状态、生活质量及满意程度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on metronidazole combine with estrogen in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods:Metronidazole combined with estrogen in the treatment of 120 cases of atrophic vaginitis patients were selected.According to the random throwing method for grouping,the control group of 60 cases were given general care,while the study group of 60 cases were given general care combined with nursing intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,the psychological status and quality of life in nursing group were improved after nursing(P < 0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:After the nursing intervention for patients with vaginitis,the psychological state,quality of life and satisfaction of the patients were obviously improved.
