许昌市社区空巢老人生活质量现状调查

Present situation of life quality of the empty nesters in community of Xuchang city

目的:了解许昌市空巢老人的生活现状,提出相应对策。方法:用整群抽样法抽取许昌市空巢老人100例,采用生活质量调查表,由社区卫生服务中心医师带领,进行入户调查。结果:心理问题是空巢老人面对的最大问题,而心理问题主要表现在孤独感,调查显示一半以上的老人心里空虚,然后为经济问题,从日常生活来看,他们大部分生活水平偏低,健康状况也很差。结论:给予空巢老人更多的关爱,尽量完善社区服务,帮助空巢老人。

Objective:To understand the present situation of life quality of the empty nesters in Xuchang city,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:100 empty nesters in Xuchang city were selected with cluster sampling method.The quality of life questionnaire was adopted.We carried out the survey led by community health service center physician.Results:The psychological problem was the biggest problem in empty nesters.The main manifestation of psychological problems was loneliness.The survey showed that more than half of the old man were lonely,then it was the economic problem.In daily life,most of the old people’s living standard were low,and the health status was poor.Conclusion:We should give empty nesters more care,and we should improve the community service to help empty nesters.
