氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

The effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease

目的:对氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片在高血压合并冠心病患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法:收治高血压合并冠心病患者98例,分两组,试验组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,对照组采用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:试验组治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片在高血压合并冠心病患者中具有非常好的治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate of the effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and coronaryheart disease.Methods:98 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected.They were dividedinto two groups.Patients in the experimental group were given amlodipine atorvastatin calcium therapy,while patients in thecontrol group were treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets for treatment.The treatment effect of two groups werecompared and analyzed.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of angina attack in the experimental group was lessthan that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine atorvastatin calciumhas a very good therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
