左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压疗效观察

Curative effect observation of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension

目的:观察左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:收治老年原发性高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压和舒张压降低程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年高血压病临床疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile primaryhypertension.Methods:120 cases of senile patients with primary hypertension were divided into the control group and theobservation group randomly.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,while patients in the observation group wastreated with amlodipine combined with valsartan.The clinical effect between groups was compared.Results:The total effective rateof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those beforetreatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic bloodpressure of the observation group decreased significantly more than those of the control group,and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment ofsenile primary hypertension had obvious clinical effect and less adverse reaction.
