羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果观察

Effect observation of calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的疗效。方法:将100例DR患者分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均在控制血糖基础上给予眼科治疗,并应用复方血栓通胶囊改善循环。观察组另外加用羟苯磺酸钙300 mg,3次/d,治疗6个月。对比治疗前后两组有效率、治疗前后视野、眼底情况以及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后视野及眼底情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组出现1例轻微消化道反应,不良反应发生率2%,未停药而症状自行消失。结论:羟苯磺酸钙治疗DR安全、有效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of calcium dobesilate for diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:100 patients withDR were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The two groups were givenophthalmological treatment on the basis of control blood sugar,and applied compound Xueshuantong capsule to improvecirculation.The observation group were treated with calcium dobesilate 300 mg,3 times one days,6 months for treatment.Beforeand after treatment,the effective rate,visual field and fundus condition,and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The visual field and fundus condition before and after treatment were compared between groups,and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had 1 case of minor gastrointestinal reaction,with theadverse reaction rate of 2%,and the symptoms were disappeared without stopping drug.Conclusion:The calcium dobesilate in thetreatment of DR is safe and effective.
