Clinical analysis and obstetric coping strategies of neonatal birth trauma fracture

目的:本文主要通过对新生儿骨折13例发生的相关因素进行分析,以寻求应对策略。产伤性骨折原因主要包括新生儿锁骨解剖因素、新生儿体重因素、产妇自身原因和产科原因四个方面。加强围产期宣教、孕妇及胎儿体重的监管,提早识别高风险因素,正确处理肩难产是防治发生新生儿产伤的关键。

In this paper, the related factors of the occurrence of neonatal birth trauma fracture in 13 cases were analyzed,to seekthe countermeasures.There were four aspects causes of neonatal birth trauma fracture,including clavicle anatomic factors,birthweight factors,maternal factors and obstetric reasons.Strengthen perinatal education,supervision of pregnant women and fetalweight,early identification of high risk factors,the correct handling of shoulder are the keys to prevention and treatment of neonatalbirth injury.
