不同手术时机对脊柱结核并截瘫患者疗效的对比观察

Observation and comparison of the different timing of surgery on the efficacy of spinal tuberculosis with paraplegia

目的:对在不同手术时机治疗脊柱结核并截瘫患者的效果进行调查。方法:收治脊柱结核并截瘫患者76例,平分为两组,抗结核治疗满3周后进行手术治疗的为对照组,抗结核治疗不足3周进行手术治疗的为观察组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、植骨融合时间均要短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组。对照组截瘫分级(3.5±1.7)级,明显高于观察组,两组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尽早进行手术治疗能够改善脊柱结核并截瘫患者的康复效果,缩短治疗疗程,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective:To investigate the different timing of surgery on the efficacy of spinal tuberculosis with paraplegia.Methods:76 patients with spinal tuberculosis combined with paraplegia were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group took surgery after anti tuberculosis treatment for over 3 weeks,while patients with surgery after antituberculosis treatment less than 3 weeks were selected as the observation group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the twogroups.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time,bone fusion time of patients in the observation group were shorter thanthose of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group.The paraplegia gradingof patients in the control group was(3.5±1.7),which was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the differencesbetween groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early surgical treatment can improve the rehabilitation effect ofpatients,shorten the course of treatment of patients,and reduce the pain of patients.
