不同抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者下肢动脉影响的差异性分析

Analysis of the effect of different antipsychotic drugs on arterial of lower extremity in patients with schizophrenia

目的:研究、分析利用高频超声检查对精神分裂症患者应用不同类型抗精神病药治疗后,对其下肢动脉产生的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者70例,分两组,各35例。对照组给予非传统型抗精神药治疗,观察组给予传统型抗精神病药治疗,比较两组患者高频超声检查后的下肢动脉变化情况。结果:观察组双侧腘动脉内膜厚度均明显厚于对照组,双侧足背动脉、股动脉斑块发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为精神分裂症患者使用传统型抗精神病药治疗,可使患者双侧腘动脉内膜明显增厚,提升患者的双侧足背动脉、股动脉斑块发生率。

Objective:To research the effect of high frequency ultrasound in different antipsychotic drugs on arterial of lowerextremity in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:70 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 35 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with non traditional antipsychotic drugs.The patients in theobservation group were treated with traditional antipsychotic drugs.The changes of the lower extremity arteries after theexamination between groups were compared.Results:The observation group of patients with bilateral popliteal artery intima mediathickness were significantly thicker than those of the control group;bilateral dorsalis pedis artery and femoral artery plaqueoccurrence rate is higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia can make patients with popliteal artery intimal thickening,andenhance patients bilateral dorsal artery and femoral artery plaque incidence.
