蛛网膜下腔出血行脑血管造影的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)行脑血管造影(DSA)的临床意义。方法:收治SAH患者62例,发病后3 d均行DSA检查,观察检查结果情况。结果:治疗后,DSA正常者疗效稍优于DSA异常者;DSA正常患者预后情况显著优于DSA异常患者(P<0.05)。结论:颅内动脉瘤是导致SAH的主要原因,及早实施DSA能够直接有效确定引起出血的病因,为医师制定治疗方案提供依据,同时,DSA检查正常的SAH患者病情较轻,预后相对较好。 Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of cerebral angiography(DSA)in patients with subarachnoidhemorrhage(SAH).Methods:62 patients with SAH were selected.After the onset of 3 d were examined by DSA.The inspectionresults of the situation were observed.Results:After treatment,the efficacy of DSA in normal patients was slightly better than that ofDSA abnormalities,and the prognosis of DSA negative patients was significantly better than that of DSA positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intracranial aneurysm is the main cause of SAH.The early implementation of DSA can determine the cause ofbleeding directly and effectively,to provide the basis for doctors to develop treatment programs,while DSA negative SAH patientswith mild condition,and the prognosis is relatively good.
