经皮冠状动脉介入围术期的循证护理

Evidence based nursing care of percutaneous coronary intervention in the perioperative period

目的:探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗围手术期的应用价值。方法:收治经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者128例,分两组,对照组采用常规护理方法,循证组采用循证护理方法,比较两组的护理效果。结果:与对照组比较,循证组术后并发症明显减少,生理指标明显改善,满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性心肌梗死行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者,在围术期采用循证护理可明显提高患者满意度、减少术后并发症,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of percutaneouscoronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:128 patients with percutaneous coronary interventionfor acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were givenconventional nursing methods.Patients in the evidence-based group received evidence-based nursing methods.The nursing effectbetween groups was compared.Results:Comparing with the control group,the postoperative complications of the evidence-basedgroup were significantly reduced;the physiological indexes were significantly improved;the satisfaction was significantly improved;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute myocardial infarction treated bypercutaneous coronary intervention,the method of evidence-based nursing can significantly improve patient satisfaction,reducepostoperative complications and improve the quality of nursing.
