摘要
目的:探讨全程健康教育在糖尿病护理管理中的效果。方法:将96例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予全程健康教育。对两组患者的血糖水平、糖尿病知识掌握情况、自我管理情况等进行比较。结果:观察组血糖水平、糖尿病知识掌握情况、自我管理情况及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育应用于糖尿病护理管理中,能够改善患者的健康状况,保障患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of full-course health education in diabetes nursing management.Methods:96 patientswith diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were givenregular health education.Patients in the observation group were given full-course health education.The blood sugar level,diabetesknowledge grasp situation,self-management situation were compared between groups.Results:The blood sugar level,diabetesknowledge grasp situation,self-management situation and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of thecontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The full-course health education in diabetesnursing management can improve health condition of patients,to ensure the life quality of patients.
