综合护理对普外科患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing on the emotional state and quality of life in patients in department of general surgery

目的:探讨综合护理对普外科患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响。方法:收治手术治疗患者114例,按照护理方式分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理,比较两组护理后情绪状态及生活质量。结果:研究组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后生活质量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能改善普外科患者的情绪状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the emotional state and quality of life in patients indepartment of general surgery.Methods:According to the nursing method,114 cases of patients treated with surgical were dividedinto two groups.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the research group were givencomprehensive nursing.The emotional state and quality of life between groups after nursing were compared.Results:The SDS andSAS scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the research group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing could improve the emotional state ofpatients in the department of general surgery and improve the quality of life of patients.
