剖宫产术中子宫切口撕裂的临床防范措施

Clinical prevention measures of tear of uterine incision in cesarean section

目的:探讨剖宫产术中子宫切口撕裂的临床防范措施。方法:收治剖宫产产妇100例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:在100例产妇中,显效75例(75%),有效23例(23%),无效2例(2%)。结论:子宫切口撕裂是子宫下段剖宫产常见并发症,如果产妇在分娩时出现撕裂现象,应及时适当处理,可挽救产妇生命。

Objective:To explore the clinical prevention measures of tear of uterine incision in cesarean section.Methods:100cases of women with cesarean section were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 100 cases,75cases(75%) were markedly effective;23 cases(23%) were effective;2 cases(2%) were ineffective.Conclusion:Uterine incision tearwas a common complication in lower uterine segment cesarean section.If there was a tear phenomenon in the delivery of maternal,it should be handled in a timely manner,which can save the life of the mother.
