甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法:收治宫外孕患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的疗效及不良反应情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗宫外孕的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopicpregnancy.Methods:80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group.The control group was given mifepristone treatment.The observation group was given methotrexate treatment onthe basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The efficacy and adverse reactions of theobservation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of methotrexatecombined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy was significant.
