盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation of minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis in 60 cases

目的:探讨治疗慢性牙周炎的临床方法。方法:收治慢性牙周炎患者60例,给予超声洁治、刮治结合盐酸米诺环素治疗,分析患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后症状明显改善,治疗有效率96.7%。结论:采用超声洁治、刮治结合盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎可有效改善症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:60 patients with chronic periodontitiswere selected.They were given ultrasonic scaling, curettage combined treatment of minocycline hydrochloride.The clinicalefficacy of patients was analyzed.Results:The symptoms improved significantly after treatment,and the effective rate was 96.7%.Conclusion:Using ultrasonic scaling,subgingival combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of chronicperiodontitis can be effective in improving symptoms and the clinical efficacy.
