左氧氟沙星与替硝唑联用配合红外频谱保健治疗仪照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of levofloxacin and tinidazole combined with irradiation of infrared spectrum health care therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨左氧氟沙星与替硝唑联用配合红外频谱保健治疗仪照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者268例,分两组,各134例,对照组采用左氧氟沙星联用替硝唑进行单纯抗生素治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上加用红外频谱保健治疗仪照射,对比临床效果。结果:经治疗后试验组总有效率89.6%,高于对照组的65.7%(P<0.05)。结论:配合红外频谱保健治疗仪照射治疗慢性盆腔炎较单纯使用抗生素临床疗效显著。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin and tinidazole combined with irradiation of infraredspectrum health care therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:268 patients withchronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 134 cases.The control group usedlevofloxacin combined with tinidazole of antibiotic therapy alone; the experimental group infrared spectrum of health treatmentinstrument irradiation on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect was contrasted.Results:The total effective rate of theexperimental group was 89.6%, higher than 65.7% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of levofloxacinand tinidazole combined with irradiation of infrared spectrum health care therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvicinflammatory disease is significant.
